Happy Mothers Day!

Christina came to visit
Dylan loves to do laundry!
 Sky Zone:

We got the Shabbat Bag one day from school and invited our whole family over for the event! We celebrated together and got to write in the school book. We made sure to include these pictures, too!

Dr. Dylan, checking out his patient

We opened up a science museum, complete with 3 exhibits. Our first exhibit took days to make and moments to set up - a paper mache solar system. Our second exhibit took moments to make but days to "grow" - crystals. Our third exhibit (not pictured) took moments to make and set up - rocket ships with Astronauts Dylan and Josephine riding on them into the solar system.

We went with our friend Leora (and her mommy and little brother Zach) to the Cradle of Aviation.

Josephine got a hair cut with a gorgeous braid. She sat so nicely to wait for Jen to make it!

We saw a magic show at the library..
and came home to do our own magic shows!

The kids know how to make coffee, if you ever need!

Just don't ask them for the milk.

Momma took these two big kids for a train ride and out for french fries at the diner.

When its yucky outside, we do fun inside things.

Time for selfies!

Since the kids were learning about dinosaurs in school, we took a trip to the Museum of Natural History.

The newly discovered Titanosaur.  He doesn't
fit in the room, so his head is in the hallway
Everett came over for Easter. Our moms put together an Easter Egg Hunt! It was so much fun to run around finding them. Even Maggie helped.

Can you guess what this is?
(I already shared the answer on Facebook, so no telling if you already heard!"

We also have a few videos to share:

Sorry for the hiatus!

We took a bit of a hiatus there! There has been so much going on for us that we haven't had time to share our fun!!
The kids really wanted to share with you something that we made today. We came up with the idea to make Nutella roll-ups. We happened to have recently made vegan chocolate hazelnut spread and it was just wasting away in the fridge.
(I couldn't get the pictures to rotate, so you'll have to turn your monitor/phone.)

First we crushed up some cereal in a bag.

We made chocolate milk to soak the rice paper in

We have never seen rice paper before!!

Mommy did the chocolate hazelnut spread. I put on the marshmallows! - Josephine

And some crunchy cereal

I got to make some, too! - Dylan

And some crunchy...

Mommy rolled them up for us. It looked really hard!

And she put them in the hot oven!

We got to taste! MMM
