First day, no jitters!

3 month hiatus

After an almost 3 month long hiatus we are back - AND BETTER THAN EVER!
We have SO MUCH to share with you.
Since we last wrote, we have moved, we took a class, we started school, we got a new playground, we saw lots of trucks, we used a REAL fire hose, we turned 3, Grandma came to visit, Uncle Matt came to visit, Uncle Andrew came to visit, cousin Clayton visited, we went trick or treating, we did a 5k walk for Grandpa David and all Pancreatic Cancer families, we went to museums, and countless other things!! As usual, we will chronicle everything for you in photos - those are the best part!
At our 3 year checkup we were super big kids. Josephine is 36 1/4 inches tall and weighs in at 27 whopping pounds. Doctor says she is growing really nicely and getting big and tall, and is super smart. She got a vaccine for the flu and took it like a champ - only a little crying (okay, screaming..). At the end, she got a big stack of Hello Kitty stickers and liked the doctor again.
Dylan checked in at 37 inches and 30 pounds. Doctor says he is also growing perfectly and gave him a flu shot. Dylan took it like a super champ - NO TEARS! He got some Chugginton stickers for being such a big boy.

And now, we bring to you - our life of the last 3 months IN PHOTOS!

Momma and Mommys friends Tara and Sam invited us to a pool party! It was too cold to swim, but we hung out in our suits anyway!

Sam took us out on the boat! It was a little scary, but we knew he
would keep us safe!

Josephine went out for a second ride with other party guests

I like to wear my food..

Uncle Andrew and Cousin Clayton came to visit!

We took them to one of our favorite walking paths,
which also has exercise stuff
Mommy took us to a new place: Sweetbriar Nature Center

(It's you!)

We helped Grandma Lenore make Challah

Mmmm
We went on a long vacation. We drove to Pennsylvania to see Rita, Cousins Julia, Dave, baby Olivia, Lauren and our Great Aunt Kathy

We went on playgrounds...

Josephine taking a picture
(Rita wanted to see how it came out. Don't you?)
There it is!

A PLANE!
Investigating the soil in Rita's yard

All this fun has made us hungry
Pennsylvania is not only home to great awesome people, but its also home to the CRAYOLA CRAYON FACTORY!!!

Dylan wanted to buy a few markers...
Rita took us out for vegan ice cream! MMM
After Pennsylvania, we went up to the Berkshires!

We climbed Mt. Greylock (in our car.. hehe)

We ate vegan ice cream while watching the train pass

Josephine took more pictures

AND WE GOT TO GO TO OUR FIRST AMUSEMENT PARK/COUNTY FAIR

Momma took us in the ferris wheel.
It was a little scary, and a lot of fun.
We got to go on the kayak since it was too cold to swim, again.

When we came home, we took our friend Johnny to the train park! WE LOVE THE TRAIN PARK

Dylan took a little fall, and had to have a staple in his head. Both kids were CHAMPS at the ER. Ipad may have helped...

Oh, and mommy and momma bought a house. Here she is getting the keys!

Us in front of our new house

We took grandma's kitchen table when we left.

We have a cool backyard

This is our bedroom, before our furniture came

We love to play hullabaloo

Yankees fan, just like Uncle Jason
Here we are in our class that we took at Play My Way.

We brought Cousin Clayton to the Bronx Zoo

Hanging out at Grandmas house

Superhero Dylan tried to stop the rain. (spoiler alert: it didn't work)

And you should be prepared for anything!

We went to a festival that was all about garlic!

We drank lemonade, which we got to watch be made...
 ..and rode ponies...

...and jumped in the bouncy house.

Mommy took us to a neat park where we got to ride a train, drink a fruit smoothie and pick GRANDMA LIZ UP at the airport.

We took Grandma Liz apple picking

We got a lot of apples
THEN!!! We had a birthday party. We told mommy we wanted a Thomas-Regular Train- Hello Kitty party. We like to be silly with her.

After our party, grandma read us a new book (which was also a birthday present)

We brought in a birthday snack for the kids we went to class with.

Oh, and we actually turned 3! Here we are on the morning of our birthday!

Grandma Liz took us to a place called Fun4All one day when it was kind of yucky out. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!

Here we are testing another one of our presents. It's called Stomp Rocket and you jump on the pink pad and a foam rocket flies so high into the sky.

Mommy took us pumpkin picking..

Corn Maze!

Josephine tried to write her initials for the first time..

We went to the aquarium, we LOVE the aquarium

Back to our favorite walking path.
 and playground

All that play tired us out and made us super hungry. We convinced mommy to take us to PANERA!

Then we had a spa day. Can you guess which hand is which?

Then we did a walk for Grandpa David. He died way before we were born, but we love to look at pictures of him and we love to walk with mommy and momma and all these other people! Mommy said that there was over 8,000 people there. We think that sounds like a lot.

Bob the Builder came over and built us a new swing set.

We went to TWO fire houses and got to play with their trucks and hoses

Being silly at home

 Helping mommy powerwash the fence

We went to a new museum. It was really far away from home (IT TOOK US OVER AN HOUR TO GET THERE!) but it was so much fun

And they had mini golf there

As we left, mommy took us to this place she called a "landmark" - it was just a big big big duck.
 And we celebrated Halloween.

Here we are in our new school! (Mommy said she will upload the picture of our first day separately from this post)
