Busy month!

Mommy drove us to North Carolina to see Grandma Liz for a WHOLE WEEK! We had so much fun.  The average temperature for daytime was around 104. Most nights, at 7pm, it was still in the high 90s. Here are some photos from our, hot but fun, trip...

We went to the "Giant Doctors Bag with Stethoscope" http://www.roadsideamerica.com/tip/18430

We drove over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. It's SO cool!

Grandma Liz threw us a tea party! We dressed up all fancy and kept our pinkies up, because thats what ALL fancy people do!

Grandma took us to the Nature Center.
We had to cross some train tracks that didn't have a gate, so we looked left, and right, and left again before crossing safely.

There was a tunnel to walk through outside of the nature center, but it was too hot to do many times.

This is a real game of "Match the poop to the animal"

On our way to the playground (where we spent 6 minutes), Josephine and Mommy saw a beautiful butterfly.

Dylan, watching for the garbage men.

We took Grandma to a baseball game for her birthday.

This is Fun-Go and he was super duper awesome.

Back at the nature center again, going for a bike ride and walk. We didn't make it very far because it was too hot, but it was fun anyway.

Even Maggie came.

We had another tea party.

Grandma took us to our favorite museum in North Carolina, Fascinate-U.

This is the first time we were able to go upstairs to see the model train layouts. It's usually closed when we go but not this time!!!

They had these step-stool like things for us to stand on so we could see better.

Time for the trip back home!

After being home for 3 whole days, we packed our bags and headed back on the road!

First stop: Prospect Park Zoo!

Next stop: Pennsylvania! We spent time with Rita, and got to see our family - Great Aunt Kathy and cousins Julia, Lauren, Dave and especially Olivia! We celebrated her birthday party with her.

Following 2 photos taken by the kids. Not sure who took them.

We went to Scranton one day to see the Worlds Largest Glacial Pot Hole AND we got to go into a REAL coal mine!

We went to Lancaster, too. We brought Aunt Rita with us. Dylan and mommy went swimming, but the pool water was super duper cold.

We went to the Strasburg Rail Road in Lancaster. It was super super super super super awesome
